What triggers an alert
- RunsA ticket has no progress for 10 minutes, fails or times out, or 3 tickets fail in a row.
- SpendDaily spend passes your limit, the monthly budget runs out, or usage jumps.
- SecurityAn unauthorized access attempt, or a change to a protected file such as .env.
- AutopilotA PR waits on CI too long, the failed queue grows, or the circuit breaker trips.
- EscalationOpen PRs make no progress for an hour, or one ticket fails 3 times. On-call gets it.
